Happy Tails started because I couldn't find a pet sitter I truly trusted. So I became one. Every service I offer is something I do personally — no subcontractors, no strangers at your door.

I've been working with animals my whole life. I'm pet first aid certified, fully insured, and genuinely passionate about making sure your pet has the best possible day while you're away.

Are you insured?
Yes — Happy Tails Pet Services carries full pet care liability insurance. We can provide a copy of the certificate before your first booking if you'd like.
What's included in a grooming session?
Every grooming session includes a bath, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Add a breed-specific haircut (full groom) for $20 more.
Do you require vaccination records?
Yes — we require up-to-date rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations for all dogs. Please have your vet records ready when you book.
What happens if my pet has an emergency?
Jamie is pet first aid certified and will contact you immediately. If you're unreachable, we take your pet to the nearest vet and notify you as soon as possible. We always have your emergency contact on file.
Do you work with puppies or senior dogs?
Absolutely. We tailor every visit to your dog's age and energy level. Puppies get shorter, more frequent visits; seniors get a gentler, lower-intensity pace.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice. Late cancellations under 12 hours may be charged 50% of the service fee. We understand emergencies — just communicate and we'll work with you.
How does the home cleaning work?
We use pet-safe, eco-friendly cleaning products throughout — no harsh chemicals near your animals. It's a great add-on to schedule the same day as a grooming appointment.
